Mike, PSD's co-founder and Managing Director, has been actively involved in the sportsturf industry for over 25 years

Mike has developed the design and project management side of the business and developed expertise in co-ordination of multi-disciplinary projects. Schemes have included new stadia pitches, training ground/soccer academies for professional clubs, racecourse development works and sports field upgrading works for a number of local authorities.

Mike is a past Chairman of European Turfgrass Laboratories Ltd.

John, PSD's co-founder and Quality Director, is a regular speaker and author on sportsturf topics in the U.K. and Europe

Johns' involvement with all aspects of sportsturf has seen him consulting on new golf course builds, new stadium pitches and elite training facilities in addition to being retained by racecourses and various golf, football and rugby clubs. John has consulted widely throughout the U.K., Europe and the Middle East with past projects in Saudia Arabia, Bahrain, France, Spain, Portugal, Russia and the Canary Islands.

John is a past Chairman of European Turfgrass Laboratories Ltd.

Jay joined PSD in 1997 after a number of years lecturing in Sportsturf Technology and Agronomy at Myerscough College.

Jays main remit is providing agronomic advise to the world of golf and involves both the construction and maintenance of courses. He has clients throughout the U.K. and divides his time working from his office in Glasgow and the Head Office in Preston.

Jay is a regular speaker at greenkeeping events and a frequent author of technical articles on subjects as diverse as putting green speed and course maintenance.

Gary has been the company's technical manager for over 7 years and is closely involved in the provision of quality systems within the company.

Gary is the company's specialist CAD operator producing the detailed drawings required for new sports projects. Despite this much of his work involves inspecting progress on site at new construction projects and making routine advisory visits to Premiership and Football League Clubs who retained by PSD.

David joined the PSD group in 2004 as co-founder of PSD Synthetics Ltd.

David has twenty years practical and technical experience of the sports surfacing industry. He has written widely on a number of subjects including a maintenance manual for synthetic pitches which has become an industry standard.
